Course Entry Requirements

This course does not have any specific entry requirements; however, it is advisable for prospective participants to possess prior experience within the Real Estate Industry, as well as a strong proficiency in digital literacy, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. To qualify for a real estate license, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Students need to have access to a computer or other electronic devices with internet connectivity to complete the online or pre-course studies.

Please note that international students holding a student visa are ineligible to enrol in these courses.

Furthermore, these courses necessitate competencies in Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN), which include a functional command of the English language and an understanding of various mathematical concepts. To ensure that you are adequately prepared to successfully complete our courses, it is required that you demonstrate your LLN capabilities by completing a brief assessment prior to enrollment.

The course is conducted and assessed entirely online. Participants will have a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment to engage in study, conduct research, and complete all assessments. The flexible structure of our course allows for the possibility of earlier completion, should participants be able to dedicate additional time to their studies.

Training and assessment are conducted through our online Student Portal. This platform serves as the comprehensive repository for all learning materials, resources, discussion forums, support services, and assessments associated with your course. All necessary components for course completion can be accessed via the Student Portal. Please be advised that all materials and support services are included in the course fee.

Assessment Marking Time-frames
Our goal is to provide assessment results in a timely manner. All assessments will be evaluated, and results will be made accessible to students within five business days following submission. Should there be any likelihood that marking timeframes will exceed this period—due to high demand, holiday seasons, or unforeseen circumstances—affected students will be notified via email with an estimated timeframe for the completion of their assessment marking.
