Answers to the questions we’re asked most often. If you can’t find what you need, send us an enquiry below — we’re happy to help.
Enrolment & getting started
How do I enrol?+
You can enrol online through our website. Choose your course, click Enrol Now, and complete the enrolment form. As part of enrolment you’ll complete a short language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) check and provide your Unique Student Identifier (USI). Once your enrolment is confirmed and payment is arranged, we’ll set up your student account and email you a link to log in and begin.
Do I need any prior qualifications or experience?+
Most of our courses have no formal entry requirements. We do recommend strong digital literacy, communication and interpersonal skills, and some courses (such as the real estate upgrade and paralegal qualification) have specific requirements — these are listed on each course page.
What is the LLN assessment and why do I need it?+
The LLN (language, literacy and numeracy) check is a short, no-pressure activity you complete before enrolling. It helps us make sure the course is the right fit and that we can put the right support in place for you to succeed. It is not a pass-or-fail exam — if it suggests some extra support would help, we’ll simply offer it.
Do I need a USI?+
Yes. A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required by law for nationally recognised training in Australia, and you’ll need one to receive your qualification. It’s free and takes a few minutes to create at usi.gov.au. We’ll ask for it during enrolment.
Can international students enrol?+
No. Our courses are not available to international students holding a student visa.
When can I start?+
Our courses are delivered online with flexible enrolment, so you can begin soon after your enrolment is confirmed and your student account is set up — you don’t need to wait for a set term date.
Fees & payment
How much do the courses cost?+
Fees vary by course. The current fee for each course is shown on that course’s page. All learning materials and support are included in the course fee.
What payment options are available?+
You can pay in full by debit or credit card through our secure checkout, by direct bank transfer (EFT), or by phone. Flexible instalment plans are also available — see below.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. We offer flexible instalment plans so you can spread the cost over weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. [Confirm your current plan options and amounts here.] Contact our team and we’ll help you choose an option that suits you.
Are there any extra costs?+
No hidden costs — all course materials, resources and support are included in the course fee. You’ll need your own computer or device with internet access.
What is your refund policy?+
[Add a short summary of your refund and cooling-off policy here, and link to your full Terms & Conditions or Student Handbook.] If you have any questions about fees or refunds before enrolling, please contact us.
Studying & assessment
How is the course delivered?+
Most of our courses are delivered and assessed entirely online through our Student Portal, which holds your learning materials, resources, support and assessments in one place. Our real estate courses (CPP41419) are delivered through blended delivery, combining online study with face-to-face training. You study online at your own pace, with details of any face-to-face sessions provided on enrolment.
How long do I have to complete my course?+
You have up to 12 months from your enrolment date to complete your studies and assessments. The flexible structure means you can finish sooner if you’re able to dedicate more time.
How much time will I need each week?+
This depends on the course and your prior experience. As a guide, setting aside regular, consistent study time each week — rather than occasional long sessions — is the best way to make steady progress.
How are assessments completed and marked?+
Assessments are completed and submitted through the Student Portal. Our goal is to mark assessments and release results within five business days of submission. If marking will take longer due to demand or holiday periods, we’ll let you know by email with an estimated timeframe.
What if I don’t pass an assessment?+
That’s a normal part of learning. Your assessor will give you feedback and, where needed, the opportunity to adjust and resubmit your work so you can demonstrate competency.
What support is available during my course?+
You’ll have access to trainer and student support throughout your course. If you need help understanding materials, preparing for assessments, or you’d benefit from a reasonable adjustment, just get in touch — we’re here to help you succeed.
Recognition of prior learning & credit transfer
What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?+
RPL is an assessment process that recognises the skills and knowledge you’ve already gained through previous study, work and life experience. If you already hold some of the skills covered in a course, RPL may reduce what you need to complete. We offer RPL to all students.
What is credit transfer?+
If you’ve already completed the same nationally recognised unit(s) with another RTO, you can apply for credit transfer so you don’t repeat them. You’ll need to provide a verified Statement of Attainment or qualification.
How do I apply for RPL or credit transfer?+
Contact our Student Support team and we’ll guide you through the process and what evidence is needed.
Your qualification
What will I receive when I finish?+
On successful completion of all assessments and course requirements, you’ll receive a nationally recognised Qualification, or a Statement of Attainment listing the units you’ve completed.
Are your qualifications nationally recognised?+
Yes. Our qualifications are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework and delivered as a Registered Training Organisation.
Will this qualify me for a licence?+
For real estate, your qualification supports your application for registration or a licence through your state regulator (in Queensland, the Office of Fair Trading). Licensing has its own requirements set by the regulator — including a minimum age of 18 — which are separate from completing the course. The course page for each qualification explains the outcomes it supports.
What can I do after I finish?+
Each course page lists the job roles it supports and the higher-level qualifications you can progress to. If you’d like advice on the right next step, our team is happy to help.
